Job Description for THE CAKE DECORATOR / ARTIST: For Passionate about sweets and food: - Pastry and Chocolate Chefs prepare chocolates, cakes, pies, puddings, and other baked items for daily consumption in a variety of food preparation settings. - Keep up-to-date with new recipes. - Maintain inventory of food items, rotate stock, and manage the safe storage of refrigerated and non-refrigerated items. - Monitor stocks for baking ingredients, make appropriate orders & Assure hygiene. - Great attention to detail and creativity.
